The FAQ’s: at Shipping / Returns / Credit Policy / Warranties / Tax Exempt? Local Lubbock orders received by 4:30 p.m. CST will normally be delivered next day. Baker Office Products has an entire fleet of delivery vehicles that cover the South Plains, and supplies are delivered FREE on Baker's normal routes. There is no minimum order for those orders on our regular delivery routes.  Orders outside the Baker delivery area will be shipped via UPS-Ground when possible. Orders over $50.00 are shipped FREE and are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Orders less than $50.00 will incur a $10.49 shipping charge. Any non-UPS-able order will be shipped via the most economical way with minimal shipping charge ($76.60 for shipments less than 500 pounds). Some exceptionally large or heavy items require special shipping or handling. We will contact you in those circumstances or you can contact us at 806-763-2500 or 1-800-825-8222 for any questions for special requests. Returns / Credit Policy All requests for return of product are to be made 5 business days from original invoice date. All discrepancies of shorts or longs are to be reported within 5 business days from original invoice date. All products to be returned must be in original container, packaged as from factory, and resellable. Special Order product (product that Baker Office Products does not normally stock) usually cannot be returned. Normally there will be NO CHARGE for restocking as long as product is returned within all guidelines above. However, a 15% restocking fee can occur with a few products or if returns become excessive due to repeated customer errors. All visibly damaged merchandise should be refused at time of receiving shipment. All concealed damage must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. No products may be returned to Baker Office Products unless and until a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number has been authorized. Return Authorization Request can be obtained by e-mailing your request to  Defective products will be replaced or repaired under the guidelines/terms of manufacturers' warranty and/or replacement policy. Warranties All products sold by Baker Office Products that have defects or malfunctions are subject to replacement/repair guidelines and terms of manufacturer. In many cases, repair of factory warrantied product can only occur at a manufacturer designated repair center and may require the end-user to carton and ship the product to that repair center. Baker Office Products does not normally repair electronic products (any product that plugs in or is electronic in nature). Tax Exempt? Please Note: If you are a Tax Exempt Organization, please fax your Tax Exempt Certificate to 806-747-1600 or 1-800-687-7989 after completing your order. Please include your order# with your fax.
